Congress Theme

The preparatory meeting of the Circle of Presidents, held in Tirana on February 28, 2025, discussed on the members’ proposals for possible themes for the 20th Congress.

By its Resolution III, the Circle of Presidents unanimously decided on the theme of the 20th Congress: 

“Freedom of Expression – Fake News as a Threat to Democracy”
