The questionnaire for the 20th Congress of the Conference of European Constitutional Courts (CECC), 2027, was designed to foster in-depth dialogue among European constitutional courts, grounded in a rich body of case law and offering a clear vision for the future.

Based on the Congress’s main theme, “Freedom of Expression – Fake News, a Threat to Democracy,” this questionnaire reflects an approach aimed not only at gathering information but also at stimulating critical reflection on one of the most urgent and complex constitutional challenges of our time.
