Statute and Conference Regulations

In light of the numerous organizational and technical matters arising from the continuous increase in the number of participating courts, it became necessary to establish a formal framework and to define statutory rules on the basis of which the Conference of European Constitutional Courts carries out its objectives.

At present, the functioning of the Conference is governed by the Statute adopted at the XIth Congress in Warsaw (1999), as well as by the Conference Regulations adopted at the XIIth Congress in Brussels (2002).
