Participants

Participants in the Congress will be representatives of European constitutional courts members, as well as observers and guests.

The preparatory meeting of the Circle of Presidents, held in Tirana on February 28, 2025, approved, by its Resolution No. IV and its annex, the list of observers and other guests.

The final list of Congress participants will be published after the 2027 Congress.
