Presidency by the Constitutional Court of Albania

The Presidency of the Conference of European Constitutional Courts (as well as of the Circle of Presidents) is exercised by the President of the court hosting the forthcoming Congress; the same court also provides the Secretariat of the Conference.

Following the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Moldova, the Presidency of the Conference of European Constitutional Courts (CECC) is currently held by the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Albania for a three-year term (2024–2027), with the XXth Congress to be held in Albania in 2027.
